Care begins with listening
At Driven by Care Australia, we believe good care should feel personal from the very first conversation. It begins with listening carefully—to the person receiving support, to the family members who know them best, and to the health professionals who help guide their wellbeing.
Our role is not to take over a person’s life, but to make everyday living safer, more comfortable and more possible. Across Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Logan, Ipswich and Redland City, we support older people to remain connected to their homes, routines and communities, with services shaped around their assessed needs, preferences and goals.

A family experience that became a shared purpose
Driven by Care Australia began in 2025 with a deeply human concern. One of our founders wanted better support for their mother—not simply help with a list of tasks, but care that would recognise her as a whole person, respect the life she had built and bring greater ease and confidence to her days.
That personal experience became a shared vision between our founders: to create a home-care service where older people feel seen, heard and genuinely valued. It continues to shape the way we approach every relationship. We take time to understand the small details that make a home feel like home, the routines that matter, and the connections that give each day meaning.
More than assistance with daily tasks
Care is practical, but it is also profoundly relational. A clean and comfortable home matters. So does a familiar conversation, the confidence to attend an appointment, the reassurance of thoughtful nursing support, and the freedom to remain involved in family and community life.
We therefore approach support as a partnership. Clients remain at the centre of decisions about their care. Families and chosen supporters are welcomed into the conversation, where the client wishes, and we work collaboratively with health and allied-health professionals when coordinated support is needed. Cultural identity, language, beliefs and personal history are not additions to care; they are part of understanding the person themselves.
A team chosen for skill and character
Our team brings together people with the experience, qualifications and compassion needed to deliver dependable, person-centred support. Team members are carefully selected and screened, and they receive ongoing guidance and training to help them meet professional, ethical and regulatory expectations.
Just as importantly, we look for people who understand the privilege of being welcomed into someone’s home. Reliability, patience and respectful communication are central to our work. We want every client and family to know who is supporting them, what to expect and who to speak with when circumstances change.

The values behind our care
Our mission is to provide compassionate, personalised and professional support that helps people live with dignity, comfort and independence. Five values guide how we put that mission into practice.
Empathy first
We listen before acting and seek to understand every person’s experience.
Responsibility
We take our commitments seriously and remain accountable to the people we support.
Integrity in action
We communicate honestly, protect trust and do what we say we will do.
Excellence with heart
We pursue high standards without losing sight of warmth, kindness and humanity.
Trust through service
We build confidence through consistent, respectful and dependable support.
